Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is set aside for your exclusive use. Failure to attend your appointment is unfair on your practitioner’s time and limits the availability for other clients.

You must provide at least 24 hours notice of your intention to not attend your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or fail to attend, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $80. This is payable before further appointments can be made and is not covered by your private health fund or Medicare.

If you breach this policy for the first time

You will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment. Every effort will be made to contact you during your allotted appointment time. You will have until close of business on the day of your appointment to contact Courtney and reschedule your appointment.

If you re-schedule your appointment then there will be no cancellation charge, but you will be asked to pay upfront for your next appointment.

If we can’t reach you on the day of your appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee and you will be asked to pay upfront for your next appointment, even if you reschedule your appointment.

If you breach this policy for the second time

You will be charged the cancellation fee and you will be asked to pay upfront for your next appointment, even if you reschedule your appointment.

If you breach this policy for the third time

You will be charged the cancellation fee of $80 plus a $30 admin fee and you will need to pre pay for all your appointments.

If you breach this policy for the fourth time

You will be charged the cancellation fee of $80 plus a $50 admin fee and you will not be offered further appointments.
